YouTube Premium membership UPI mandate ఎలా cancel చేయాలి?

YouTube Premium తీసుకుని కొన్ని నెలలు అయ్యింది, ఇప్పుడు అంతగా వాడటం లేదు కానీ డబ్బు మాత్రం ప్రతి నెలా కట్ అవుతోందా? YouTube Premium membership UPI mandate ను పూర్తిగా ఆపాలంటే రెండు చోట్ల పని ఉంటుంది — ఒకటి membership వైపు, ఇంకొకటి UPI వైపు.

స్టెప్ 1 — membership ఎక్కడ తీసుకున్నారో అక్కడ ఆపండి

YouTube ద్వారా నేరుగా తీసుకుంటే:

1. youtube.com/paid_memberships తెరవండి (లేదా app → profile → Purchases and memberships).
2. YouTube Premium పక్కన Manage నొక్కండి.
3. Deactivate ఎంచుకుని confirm చేయండి.

Google Play billing ద్వారా తీసుకుంటే:

1. Play Store తెరిచి profile icon → Subscriptions కు వెళ్ళండి.
2. YouTube Premium ఎంచుకుని Cancel subscription నొక్కండి.

మీరు ఏ దారిలో subscribe చేశారో గుర్తు లేకపోతే, రెండు చోట్లా ఒకసారి చూసుకోండి. Play Store ద్వారా తీసుకున్నదాన్ని YouTube పేజీలో ఆపడం కుదరదు, అక్కడ కేవలం వివరాలు మాత్రమే కనిపిస్తాయి. కట్టిన period ముగిసే వరకు Premium పని చేస్తూనే ఉంటుంది.

స్టెప్ 2 — UPI app లో mandate revoke చేయండి

membership deactivate చేసినా, మీ అకౌంట్ మీద UPI AutoPay mandate active గా ఉండిపోవచ్చు. దాన్ని ఇలా ఆపండి:

• PhonePe: profile icon → Manage AutoPay → Google/YouTube → Cancel AutoPay
• Google Pay: profile picture → Autopay → ఎంచుకోండి → Cancel autopay
• Paytm: profile icon → UPI Automatic Payments → Manage → Cancel
• BHIM: Mandate → My Mandates → Revoke

merchant పేరు YouTube కాకుండా Google గా కనిపించవచ్చు — amount, తేదీ చూసి సరైన mandate ఎంచుకోండి. ఒకే Google account మీద ఇంకో subscription ఉంటే రెండూ ఒకేలా కనిపించే అవకాశం ఉంది, కాబట్టి amount సరిచూసుకోవడం ముఖ్యం. cancel చేసిన తర్వాత status మారిందో లేదో చూసుకోండి.

రెండు స్టెప్‌లూ ఎందుకు

mandate మాత్రమే ఆపితే membership వైపు plan active గానే ఉండి బకాయి రావొచ్చు. membership మాత్రమే ఆపితే mandate మిగిలిపోయి, తర్వాత మళ్ళీ subscribe చేసినప్పుడు అదే వాడుకోవచ్చు. అందుకే రెండూ చేయడమే సురక్షితం.

ఒక ముఖ్యమైన విషయం

mandate ను ఆ బ్యాంకు అకౌంట్ లింక్ అయిన ఏ UPI app నుంచైనా cancel చేయవచ్చు — ఏ app లో మొదలుపెట్టారన్నది ముఖ్యం కాదు. అలాగే mandate దానంతట అదే ముందే ఆగదు, చివరి తేదీ వరకు నడుస్తుంది.

cancel చేసిన వెంటనే ప్రకటనలు మొదలవుతాయా? కాదు. మీరు కట్టిన period ముగిసిన తర్వాతే free version కు మారతారు.
