Terms of Use

Last updated: 1 September 2026

These terms apply when you use cancelupiautopay.com or our free Android app (together, "the service"), operated by [COMPANY / OWNER NAME]. By using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

1. What we provide

We publish guides explaining how UPI AutoPay mandates work and how to cancel them, and we offer an app that helps you see the mandates active on your account. That is the whole of it.

We are an independent publisher. We are not a bank, not a payment system operator, and not a licensed financial adviser.

2. Not financial or legal advice

Everything here is general information. It is not financial, legal, tax or investment advice, and it does not take your particular situation into account. Decisions about your money are yours. For advice specific to you, speak to your bank or a qualified professional.

3. Accuracy

UPI rules, transaction limits and app screens change often, and they differ between banks and apps. We update our guides, but we cannot promise that every detail is current or applies to your bank. Always confirm the current process in your own UPI app, with your bank, or with NPCI.

4. No affiliation

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to NPCI, the Reserve Bank of India, any bank, or any UPI app including PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm and BHIM. We name them only to describe how their features work. All trademarks and brand names belong to their respective owners.

5. Using the service properly

You agree not to:

6. Your account and your bank

Cancelling a mandate is an action you take in your own UPI or bank app, using your own credentials. You are responsible for those credentials and for the decisions you make. We never ask for your UPI PIN, passwords or OTPs, and you should never share them with anyone.

Note that cancelling a mandate stops the payment, not the service you subscribed to. Cancelling an EMI or insurance mandate without arranging another way to pay can have consequences — a missed loan EMI can affect your credit score, and a lapsed premium can end your cover.

7. Availability

We try to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it at any time.

8. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of money, data, credit score or opportunity arising from your use of the service or from acting on information published here.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Third-party links

We link to Google Play and to banks, UPI apps and NPCI. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at [CITY], India.
