Privacy Policy

Last updated: 1 September 2026

This policy explains how CancelUPIAutoPay handles information on the website cancelupiautopay.com and in the CancelUPIAutoPay Android app. We have tried to write it in plain language rather than legal filler.

The short version We never ask for your UPI PIN, bank password, OTP, card number or net-banking credentials — not on this website, and not in the app. Nobody legitimate ever will. If anything claiming to be us asks for those, it is not us.

1. Who we are

CancelUPIAutoPay is operated by [COMPANY / OWNER NAME] ("we", "us"). You can reach us at [CONTACT EMAIL] for anything in this policy.

2. The website

cancelupiautopay.com is a set of static pages. Reading them requires no account, no sign-up and no form. We do not ask you for your name, phone number, email address or any financial detail in order to read a guide.

What our host records automatically

Like every website, our hosting provider records standard server logs when a page is served — IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, and the time. These are used to keep the site running and to detect abuse. We do not use them to identify individual readers.

Cookies

The website sets no advertising or tracking cookies of its own.

Analytics

We may use privacy-respecting analytics to count page views and see which guides are useful. This is aggregate reporting — page counts and countries, not individual browsing histories. If we add or change an analytics provider, we will update this section.

3. The app

The app helps you see the UPI AutoPay mandates active on your account and cancel the ones you no longer want.

Publisher note — remove this box before going live This section must describe exactly what the app does with data: which permissions it requests, whether anything leaves the device, and which third-party SDKs (analytics, crash reporting, ads) are included. It must match the Data Safety form on your Play Store listing, or Google can reject the app.

What we never collect

Cancelling a mandate happens inside your own UPI app or bank app, which handles its own authentication. We never need those credentials and never ask for them.

4. Children

This service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

5. Third-party links

Our guides link to Google Play, and sometimes to banks, UPI apps and NPCI. Those sites have their own privacy policies, which we do not control. This policy covers only our website and app.

6. Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to [CONTACT EMAIL] and we will respond within 30 days. You can also uninstall the app at any time, which removes any data it stored on your device.

7. Security

We take reasonable technical measures to protect information. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security — but we minimise risk by collecting as little as possible in the first place.

8. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be highlighted on the site.
