How to Delete Subscription AutoPay Across All UPI Apps at Once
You have three UPI apps, two bank accounts, and no idea how many AutoPay mandates are quietly running. You want one button that wipes the lot. Let us be honest about what exists and what does not — and then do it properly.

The honest truth: there is no single switch
No official switch deletes subscription AutoPay across all UPI apps in one tap. Anyone promising that is overselling. What is genuinely true is more useful: mandates are stored at the bank and NPCI level, not inside the app. So one UPI app linked to your account can show and revoke a mandate created in a completely different app.
The real method: work bank account by bank account
- List every bank account you own — not every app.
- For each account, open any one UPI app linked to it.
- Open the mandate section. PhonePe: profile icon (top-left) → Manage AutoPay. Google Pay: profile picture (top-right) → Autopay. Paytm: profile icon → UPI Automatic Payments → Manage. BHIM: Mandate → My Mandates.
- Read the full list and revoke what you do not want.
- Repeat for the next bank account.
If you hold accounts at three banks, you must check all three. One app will not show another bank's mandates unless that account is linked inside it.
Do not forget NACH and ECS
Older standing instructions on the NACH/ECS rail are separate from UPI mandates and never appear in UPI apps. Check your net banking under standing instructions or e-mandates too. Insurance premiums and many loan EMIs still sit there.
One important note
NPCI has been reported to be working on mandate portability between UPI apps, which would let you move a mandate instead of cancelling and recreating it. It is not live yet — do not wait for it.
Short FAQ
Can I cancel a PhonePe mandate from Google Pay? Yes, if both are linked to the same bank account.
Does deleting the app cancel the mandate? No. The mandate lives at the bank and keeps debiting.
There is no one-tap cleanup across every app in the country, but there is a reliable routine: one pass per bank account, plus one look at net banking. Do it every six months and the surprise debits stop.
